Should you need service on a weekday, please call our main number, 714.505.2003 and ask for our service coordinator.
Our service coordinator will schedule a time for a service technician to take care of your service issue.
If you have a weekend emergency*, our on-call technician is available from Friday at 8 pm until Monday at 8 AM, for on-site service.
Please leave a voicemail message with your name and number, and your call will be returned. Synergy ties our installation parts and labor for a period of one year from the date of final installation**. Labor and parts related to lightning or power surge are not covered by warranty. Labor related to electrical, satellite or cable providers, security or other contractors not directly commissioned by Synergy is also not covered by warranty
* A system emergency is when an Synergy installed system is inoperable or fails to provide audio or video. Out of warranty weekend service visits are subject to premium service call rates.
** The final Installation date is the date the product was installed and functioning at the client residence. This may or may not coincide with a final payment.
